Shipping policy

At Trotwell, fast shipping is the whole idea — good gear, delivered fast.

Where we ship from: All orders ship from US warehouses. No three-week waits from overseas.

Delivery time: Orders are processed within 1 business day and arrive within 3–5 business days of shipment. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days, email shoptrotwell@gmail.com and we'll sort it out fast.

Lost or delayed packages: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window or appears lost in transit, contact us — we'll replace it or refund you. You're covered.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll always try to help.
