Refund policy

We want you and your dog to love every Trotwell order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be in original condition (unworn/unwashed, with tags where applicable).

How to start a return: Email shoptrotwell@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to do (refund or exchange). We'll send instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds: Once your return is on its way back (or received, per our instructions), your refund is issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Contact us right away — we'll send a free replacement (no need to return the original in most cases). Photos help us help you faster.
